The IHSA has set the first day teams can practice for the 2010 Cross Country season as Wednesday August 11th. No official date for the Stark County Rebels Cross Country team first practice has been set yet. Potential Rebels Cross Country team members may like to take part in this year's Indian Creek 5K Run on Saturday August 7th to see what shape they are in. For more info about the 5k Run, click HERE.
